My lumbar pillow is more beautiful than I could imagine.
I waited a long time for my order to be filled and I admit that I felt real concern at the lack of communication, but in the to end, it was worth the wait. It's a gorgeous and comfy addition to my living room.

I have been eying this pillow for a long time. The quality in-person is gorgeous and it makes me happy to see every morning when I make my bed. Moreover, this pillow was on backorder for a while, and the customer service was responsive and helpful. I felt very taken care of during the months-long wait!
Absolutely gorgeous!
I was coveting this pillow for a looooong time and finally took the plunge. Boy am I glad I did! This pillow is so vibrant and pretty. It is also very sturdy - providing good back support when I’m lounging on the bed upright. It looks so nice on my bed and would also look nice as a statement piece on a couch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful … very well made… worth the 3.5 MONTHS I waiting to receive it after ordering…. Citizenry said it would ship in April the. Changed it to mid June after my purchase…very frustrating … but the product itself is gorgeous
