horrible quality
i'm truly shocked and disappointed by how pixellated the print is, and i bought the smallest size available. completely unacceptable quality for a professional print, especially at this price point. all printed iphone photos in my home look better than this one. i'm too embarrassed to hang it up.

Never recieved our order & were not informed
We had a terrible experience overall and I would not recommend ordering from this company. We placed our order on September 24th, 2022. I reached out to customer service a MONTH after waiting for this piece and was informed that the seller had canceled our order because they were changing their prices. To make us wait a month after paying and to have to be the one to chase for an answer as to why our order never arrived is ridiculous. They offered us a $25 credit for the inconvenience which doesn't even cover the frustration of this process. We won't be ordering from them again.
