Each rug is handwoven by 14 master artisans in Bhadohi, India. From start-to-finish, it takes 5 days to complete, all made in a fair trade environment.
We recommend using a rug pad to reduce wrinkles and slippage.

I fell in love with this rug pattern from the moment that I saw it online. The pattern is dynamic enough to be interesting to look at but not so dense or scaled down to be distracting or overly busy. I didn't realize it was a wool-cotton blend, which is softer than just wool. I got a ticker than normal rug pad because it's a flat weave, but it doesn't feel flimsy at all.

I ordered this rug to pull together our dining area consisting of a Saarinen table and Wegener chairs, and it is a perfect fit! On a slightly different note, our dogs absolutely love it! First thing both did when I unpacked it was a happy breakdance and now they love napping on it.
