These little fellows are not only a perfect gift, they’re the perfect catch-all trays for odds and ends in every corner of your home. Not only are they handsome, but they’re made from the leather scraps of our Azad Leather Bins. As the saying goes: Waste not, want one of each.
Made from ethically sourced leather from Kolkata, each tray is handcrafted in a leather workshop in Gurgaon. Since this is a natural product, each tray is one-of-a-kind – expect variation in markings. Made start-to-finish in a fair trade environment.

For stains, we recommend professional cleaning. Over time, the leather’s color may darken a shade or two. Style out of direct sunlight to keep its light color and prevent cracking.

United StatesLow quality for the price
I’m surprised by the other reviews on this after receiving the tray myself. I ordered the large black tray. I find the leather to be average to below average quality, and the string used for stitching the corners is shiny and white like the kind you’d find at a hardware store, rather than the elegant black thread shown in the photos. Also, one corner connection was already coming undone when it arrived. I can’t believe the price on this piece given this quality.

This leather tray is stunning. It's absolutely perfect for holding a handful of items on a small side table in our family room.

I was surprised by the quality of this product. It arrived fairly misshapen and did not have the sharp, symmetrical look from the photos. Additionally, the thread that was used to bind the leather together wasn’t altogether very polished, giving the trays an overall cheap look. Considering the steep price point, I chose to return it, despite getting it for my husband for our third wedding anniversary (leather is the gift for year 3.) He agreed it wasn’t worth the price.
