Imabari Waffle Towels
Lightweight, incredibly soft, and quick to dry, say hello to your new can’t-live-without staples. Loomed with an oversized waffle construction, these waffle towels are more breathable and absorbent than your run-of-the-mill versions. Designed in five fresh hues and finished with a refined, flat-edge border, they’re as handsome as they are functional.
Each towel is made with long-staple Pima cotton and loomed in the oldest, family-run mill in Imabari that has spent 100 years perfecting the art of towel making. From weaving to dyeing and washing, each step is done in a fair trade environment.

These cotton towels can be machine washed on cold with like colors. Tumble dry on low. Do not bleach.
After washing, the waffle weave will deepen and shrink a bit, developing a more organic character over time. We recommend hanging on a rack instead of hooks – the hooks will stretch out the weave over time.

We love the Imabara towels from Japan ! They are very absorbent and very soft … also last a long while . Be certain to wash on delicate and dry on normal cycle… low heat drying leaves the borders a little damp. Highly recommend this product for high quality and workmanship!
