Crafted by master weavers in a quiet mountain village in the Peruvian Andes, each throw takes about a week to complete. All made exclusively in a fair trade environment.
Note: Alpaca wool is naturally hypoallergenic, so this throw is ideal for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

Never wash your alpaca throws or pillow covers - the spinning motion of a washing machine will destroy the delicate fibers. Absorb any liquid spills with paper towels or a clean cloth. Dry cleaning is the best option for removing stains or occasional cleaning.

United StatesBeautiful, great customer service, but...
We were stunned when this arrived. It was so soft, not scratchy at all. It added that extra touch of luxury to our bedroom. Unfortunately, the weave is very delicate (part of what makes it so beautiful) and didn't stand up to our cats making biscuits in the the bed. I'd say if you have kids, or pets this isn't for you. The customer care team was incredible in helping me find something else.
