Mihir Hand-Knotted Area Rug
A luxe spin on a fan favorite, this understated area rug blends the rich, intricate patterns of our Vihan Area Rug with the hand-knotted craftsmanship behind some of our best rugs from India. Shades of taupe and sand combine to create an elegant foundation for any space, all dyed with an abrash technique that creates unique variations for a vintage look.
Each rug is hand-knotted by 14 master artisans in Bhadohi, India. From start-to-finish, each rug takes 5 days to complete. All made in a fair trade environment.
We recommend using a RUG PAD to prevent wrinkles and slippage.

Beautiful + Timeless
We absolutely love this rug! It’s so beautiful in person and extremely versatile. It’s soft but not itchy at all and doesn’t shed - unlike so many other 100% wool rugs we’ve tried. The only heads up I would give is that the rug isn’t overly thick or plush, so I’d make sure to put a nice rug pad underneath if you’re looking for something extra comfy under foot.
