Beautiful!
This rug is so beautiful! It looks just like the pictures. Some other reviewers said the ecru is yellow but mine doesn’t look yellow at all. It’s perfect and feels great too.
Disappointed
Big fan of Citizenry, but this was a miss. The “ecru” is much warmer than the photos depict, and showed more yellow in my home. The design of the rug is beautiful online, but not as crisp in person (there is more ‘ecru’ woven in with the other colors, so the pattern or graphic design of the rug is not as defined as shown). Lastly, the rug was shipped folded up in a box (as opposed to rolled up), which left the rug slightly misshapen and with unsightly creases which will be a pain to remove. Really wanted to love this rug, but unfortunately will need to send it back.

The design is pretty, but it comes across way more yellow than the “cream” shown online. Also, we’ve had it for two weeks and the creases aren’t going anywhere. For how expensive this was it feels we’re settling a bit. But it’s too complicated to send back
