A styling tip from the pros – the “white space” in the middle makes the perfect canvas for a coffee table.
Each rug is handwoven by a group of master artisans in Bhadohi, India. From start-to-finish, it takes 5 days to weave – all made in a fair trade environment.
We recommend using a rug pad to prevent wrinkles and slippage.

The design and colors in this rug a beautiful! Great contrast against red brick floors. It’s definitely cream white/ivory so works well bc my room has warm tones. Love supporting fair trade businesses. The Citizenry never disappoints!
Great customer service
The rug is beautiful and just what I was looking for to have a more modern rug with a touch of green. The neutral color is on the creamier side which makes it feel very cozy. Originally I ordered the 9"x12" and accidentally received the 6"x9". Calling customer service took no time and I had the right size rug in a week which was still earlier than I expected it to originally ship. Also the sage green color is really close in color to the linen sage bedding swatch if you wanted to see what the green looks like ahead of time!
