Yakko Wall Hanging - Clay
Adding a fresh spin on traditional motifs from Nagaland, this beautiful work of art balances a bold, modern design with intricate details. Weaving three separate panels together, each piece blends stunning shades of rust to add a refined touch to any space. Framed in the US, each piece comes in either a pale ash or rich walnut frame. Clear acrylic glazing protects the piece from UV damage for a beautifully clear and durable finish.
Each piece is made by a group of talented women in Dimapur, India, who’ve perfected the art of backstrap weaving over centuries. Handwoven from incredibly soft cotton, each piece can take up to a day to complete. All made start to finish in a fair trade environment.
Includes hardware to be hung vertically.
