WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2 bottles of sparkling rosé (opt for something on the dry side)
1 cup elderflower liqueur
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 cup club soda
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 large grapefruit, cut into wedges (set a few aside to garnish)
Sprigs of thyme to garnish
MIX IT UP
Place fruit into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Then combine all remaining ingredients (except thyme) and pour on top.
LET IT CHILL
Refrigerate for at least one hour (and up to eight) to allow all the flavors to infuse the rosé.
FINISHING TOUCHES
Complete the look with a grapefruit slice perched on the rim of the glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme. Serve it up in our Apasco Cocktail Glasses – the clear glass lets the light pink hue take center stage.
CHEERS!
And there you go! Whether it’s a hot afternoon by the pool, a garden party, or 5 o’clock somewhere, you’ve got yourself the perfect summer brew. This recipe makes about eight servings.
