Sometimes it feels like Thanksgiving is the "red-headed stepchild." We get to November, and all of the sudden it’s all about presents, lights, decorations. Don’t get us wrong - the Christmas holiday is all well and good. But, we want to pause and make sure we give Thanksgiving the credit it deserves.
There’s something so beautiful about the simple act of coming to the table to share a meal. Thanksgiving reminds us to slow down, take a look around, and remember all that we have to be grateful for.
Today, we want to toast this holiday with one of our favorite fall cocktails - the Pear & Thyme Fizz. With its warm, approachable flavors and uncomplicated recipe, it’s the perfect complement to the Thanksgiving holiday.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
12 oz. pear nectar
1 Bottle of Prosecco or your favorite bubbly
6 sprigs of thyme
10-12 cranberries
Slice of pear
LAY THE GROUNDWORK
Fill each glass with 3 oz. of pear nectar and a few sprigs of thyme.
TOP IT OFF
Top each glass with Prosecco or Champagne. Add a few slices of pear and cranberries for a festive touch.
